7-day refund window
First-time purchases are covered by a 7-day money-back window. Request the refund within 7 days of purchase and include the purchase email, order number, and a short note so support can find the order quickly.
How to request
Email support@rubyjo-k9.com and include "Refund request" in the subject. Eligible refunds are returned through Lemon Squeezy or the original checkout provider.
Exceptions
Refunds may be declined for duplicate abuse, fraudulent purchases, chargeback abuse, or requests outside the 7-day window. This policy does not limit rights that may apply under local consumer laws.
