By accessing the website, downloading materials, requesting the free reset, or purchasing a paid product, you agree to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and this Dog Training Liability Waiver. Educational product only
Calm Companion Blueprint is a self-paced educational dog-training product for owners. It is not veterinary care, emergency behavior intervention, legal advice, a custom safety plan, or a substitute for in-person evaluation by a qualified trainer, veterinary behaviorist, veterinarian, or other local professional.
Assumption of risk
You understand and agree that animal handling and dog training are inherently risky. Dogs are living animals with individual histories, health conditions, thresholds, and behavior patterns. Training activities may result in bites, scratches, falls, leash injuries, disease exposure, property damage, emotional distress, injury to people or animals, or other losses. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with using the materials and applying any training, management, handling, or environmental changes.
Safety duties
You are responsible for supervising your dog, choosing safe environments, using appropriate equipment, following local laws, preventing contact that could injure people or animals, and stopping any exercise that increases fear, pain, panic, aggression, guarding, or unsafe arousal. If your dog has bite history, severe aggression, resource guarding, panic, sudden behavior change, pain, or medical concerns, seek in-person professional and veterinary support before using the program.
Release of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Rubyjo K9, Calm Companion Blueprint, Aviv Pittel, contributors, contractors, affiliates, service providers, and successors from claims, damages, losses, expenses, injuries, property damage, third-party claims, or other liabilities arising from or related to your use, misuse, interpretation, or application of the website, digital materials, training exercises, safety notes, or product recommendations.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rubyjo K9, Calm Companion Blueprint, Aviv Pittel, contributors, contractors, affiliates, service providers, and successors from any third-party claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, judgment, cost, or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your dog, your handling choices, your violation of these terms, your unsafe application of training methods, or your infringement of another person's rights.
No guarantees
Dog behavior is fluid and depends on genetics, health, age, environment, prior learning, owner consistency, stress level, safety history, and many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, timeline, behavior change, safety result, reduction in aggression, or permanent improvement.
Clinical and veterinary disclaimer
The course does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical or behavioral disorders. It does not replace veterinary care, medication decisions, veterinary behavior treatment, in-person behavior consulting, or emergency intervention for highly reactive, aggressive, fearful, or medically affected animals. Consult a veterinarian or certified local professional for individualized advice.

Testimonials, case examples, or success stories, if displayed, reflect individual experiences and are not guarantees of typical results. Rubyjo K9 will not knowingly publish fake reviews, misrepresent customer experiences, suppress negative reviews unlawfully, or fail to disclose material connections where legally required.
Personal use license
Your purchase grants a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for personal household use. You may not resell, redistribute, upload, share, scrape, copy into another product, or repackage the files without written permission.
Payments, delivery, and refunds
Purchases are processed through Lemon Squeezy and its payment partners. Receipts, taxes where applicable, fraud checks, and secure download delivery are handled by that hosted checkout flow. Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy.
