30-day refund window
Refund requests are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Include the purchase email, order number, and a short note so support can find the order quickly.
How to request
Use the contact page and include "Refund request" in the subject. Refunds are returned through the original checkout provider when approved.
Exceptions
Fraudulent purchases, duplicate abuse, or requests outside the refund window may be declined. This policy does not limit rights that may apply under local consumer laws.
